Harper Anderson Attorney

Harper focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense and professional negligence representing health systems, hospitals, and individual healthcare providers including physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses.  Coming from a family of healthcare practitioners, Harper has a personal understanding of the demands and responsibilities of working in healthcare and values the opportunity to advocate for those who dedicate their careers to caring for others.

Before joining the firm, Harper practiced at Stites & Harbison, PLLC, in Lexington, Kentucky, where she handled a variety of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, professional liability, employment disputes, insurance defense, products liability, and commercial litigation.

Harper graduated summa cum lade from Western Kentucky University in 2021 with dual degrees in Political Science and Sociology. Harper earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2024. While in law school, she served as President of the Moot Court Board and received the school's Pro Bono Award.
